  • When it should be deleted

In these circumstances, the business using Qorbot may be responsible for responding to privacy requests concerning that information.

End Customer Requests: If you are a customer of a business using Qorbot and want to access, correct, or delete information that business holds about you, you may need to contact that business directly. Qorb Services may provide technical assistance to the business where appropriate.

16Multi-Tenant Data Isolation#

Qorbot is designed as a multi-tenant business platform. Organisations using Qorbot may have separate users, customers, conversations, messages, campaigns, and other business information.

We use technical access controls designed to prevent one organisation from accessing another organisation’s information without appropriate authorisation.

Access to information is determined by authentication, organisation membership, user roles, permissions, and other security controls.

17International Data Processing#

Qorb Services and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than the country where the information was originally collected.

Where international transfers of personal information occur, we seek to use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. The countries and locations involved may vary depending on the infrastructure and third-party services used by Qorbot.

Where information is controlled by a Qorbot business customer, we may direct you to that organisation where appropriate.

21Account Closure#

An organisation may request closure of its Qorbot account by contacting Qorb Services.

Account closure may result in the deletion or anonymisation of information associated with the account, subject to applicable contractual, legal, security, billing, and backup requirements.

Information contained in backups may remain for a limited period until the relevant backup cycle expires or the information is otherwise removed in accordance with our applicable retention processes.

22Children’s Privacy#

Qorbot is a business software platform and is not intended to be used directly by children.

We do not knowingly design Qorbot to collect personal information directly from children.

23Third-Party Services and Links#
